In this article we are going to discuss about Electronic Payment & Application System of Scholarships (EPASS) Renewal process. The students those who applied for scholarship previous year (either in 1st year or 2nd year or 3rd year) and now going to renew for current year (either for 2nd year or 3rd year or final year) have to apply through online only. Before going to apply for renewal through online mode, candidates should keep some required documents such as Previous year Passed Scanned Memo, Scanned Income Affidavit (signed by Student & Parent) Download, UID (Aadhaar Card) Scanned Document, Bank Pass Book first page with photo Scanned document (Not Required For EBC) and Allotment Order (for CET / Counselling Courses) along with You should have a Mobile with you for entering One Time Password sent to your Mobile.

Step by Step Process of Epass Renewal :-

Step 1 :- In order to renew scholarship, Candidates are required to browse the main website http://epass.cgg.gov.in (for AP http://apepass.cgg.gov.in and for Telangana https://telanganaepass.cgg.gov.in) and should search for “Postmatric Scholarships For Renewal Registration” and click on the “Click Here” Link. as below shown

Step 2 :- In this step, candidates have to put a check mark according to their eligibility and requirement. finally Click on Apply Now button

Example :- MBA student who is belonging to BCB category wants to apply for renewal has to put a check mark on all, because he is eligible for scholarship as well as reimbursement. Candidates who belong to EBC are eligible for reimbursement only. So they don’t need to put a check mark on Bank Pass book check box.

Step 3 :- Candidates have to provide the below given information in order to successfully finish 3rd step

Enter Application ID,
Select SSC Pass Type either AP Regular or AP Supplementary or other board etc.,
Type SSC Hall Ticket No.
Finally enter SSC Pass Year.

Once Candidates have provided all above information in an accurate manner, they can see Next Button at bottom. Candidates should press next button to move step 4.

Step 4 :- Candidates should enter Unique Identification Authority of India (UID) and mobile number twice.

Step 5 :- If candidates have successfully completed 4th step, The Renewal Application confirmation form will show as below given. Candidates have to fill all required information and uploaded Scanned documents such as Previous year Passed Scanned Memo, Scanned Income Affidavit (signed by Student & Parent) Download, UID (Aadhaar Card) Scanned Document, Bank Pass Book first page with photo Scanned document (Not Required For EBC) and verification code should be typed as it shows in the image

Note :- Candidates have to cross check once again whether all information provided in the appropriate manner or not. if confirmed all details entered correct, candidates can press submit button, in order to proceed step 6.

Step 6 :- Candidates will get one time pass word to the mobile number which was entered in the step 4.

Once all above 6 steps are successfully done a new page opens which contains links such as printout acknowledgement and printout application form. Candidates can take printout of both acknowledgement and application form for the purpose to submit at college.

The following PhotoCopy of documents should be submitted at College:-
