GATE IIT Kanpur 2015 Results will be Declared on 12th March 2015. Students may Search/Find and take Printout of their IIT-GATE-2015 Score Card from gate.iitk.ac.in.Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur is a public research college. it was founded in 1959 located in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. IITK has successfully conducted the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2015 Exams over all India at different centers on 31st January, 1st, 7th and 8th February, 2015. GATE exam is a Computer-based standardized test. GATE is one of the most competitive examinations in India. The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering is an All-India Examination that primarily tests the comprehensive understanding of various undergraduate subjects in Engineering and Science. GATE Exam is conducted jointly by the Indian Institute of Science (IIS), Bangalore and the seven Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT) Bombay, Delhi, Guwahati, Kanpur, Kharagpur, Madras and Roorkee on behalf of the National Coordination Board – GATE, Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Human Resources Development (MHRD), Government of India.

The Gate Score is used for admissions to various post-graduate education programs (e.g. Master of Engineering, Master of Technology, Doctor of Philosophy) in Indian higher education institutes, with financial assistance provided by MHRD and other government agencies. The GATE score of a candidate reflects the relative performance level of a candidate.
Recently, GATE scores are also being used by several Indian public sector undertakings (i.e., government-owned companies) for recruiting graduate engineers in entry-level positions.
