How to check KSET 2018 Results
- Step by step instructions to check KSET 2018 results are given below.
- Applicant first log on the official website i.e. kset.uni-mysore.ac.in
- Now Navigate to the link” KSET Result 2018″ and click on it.
- To check the result candidates need to enter their Roll Number and submit it
- After Submitting details candidates can now check their result
- Once Result is displayed save it and take its print out

PROCEDURE AND CRITIRIA FOR DECLARATION OF KSET RESULT:
This will comprise the following steps for considering a candidate for the eligibility for Assistant Professors.
Step 1: The number of candidates to be qualified (total slots) for Eligibility for Assistant Professors shall be equal to 6% of the candidates appeared in both the papers of KSET-2018.
Step 2: The total slots arrived, again shall be allocated to different categories as per the reservation policy of Government of Karnataka.
Step 3: In order to be considered for ‘Eligibility for Assistant Professor’, the candidate must have appeared in both the papers and secured at least 40% aggregate marks in both the papers taken together for General (Unreserved) category candidates and at least 35% aggregate marks in both the papers taken together for all candidates belonging to the reserved categories (viz., Cat-I, IIA, IIB, IIIA, IIIB, SC, ST, PWD) (belonging to Non-Creamy Layer).
Note:
- There is no provision for re-evaluation or re-totaling for K-SET.
- There will be no negative marking

SCHEME AND DATE OF TEST:
The test was consisting of two papers. Both the papers will consist of only objective type Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs). The test was held on 30th December, 2018 (Sunday) in two separate sessions as mentioned below:
