About your AI (Study Centre)
The Accredited Institute (i.e., the Study Centre) chosen by you at the time of admission will provide the following services to you:
- Issuing Prospectus cum Application.
- Accept filled in Application.
- Issuing Identity Card and Enrolment Number
- Supply the study materials (Text Books) without charging any money.
- Holding 30 Personal Contact Prgorammes (PCPs) out of which every learner has to attend at least 24 for each subject compulsorily, otherwise they may not be allowed to appear for the Public Examination and/or the result may be declared as “INCOMPLETE”, if allowed for examination by oversight.
- 48 Additional classes will be conducted for subjects having Practicals which are compulsory.
- Counseling to solve your problems/queries related to the course.
- Accept application for change of subject(s) or additional subject(s) and forward the same to the District Educational Officers concerned.
- Informing the dates of payment of fees, examination Time Table, Conduct of PCPs, issuing Hall Ticket, examination centre and other important information.
- Display of results of Public Examinations and distribution of Mark sheet/Certificate.
- Giving information on vocational agencies available in the vicinity of the district with vocational courses offered.
- Provide information on OBE courses.

If you have AI Center Code only, you no need to worry about it, you are very easy to find AI Center name with Center code. First choose your district from below and click on it. Then you can find your AI center code in that page for knowing the center name, course offered and etc details easily.
How to operate Find option in Computer and Mobile (or) Tab etc devices
- For computer: Click on Ctrl+F
- For Other devices: Go to page options and click on “find on” option then enter center to find the school / College details.
Criteria for selecting APOSS Accredited Institution (Study Centre) for SSC (APOSS) & Intermediate (APOSS)
Criteria for Selecting a High School as an APOSS Accredited Institution (Study Centre) for SSC (APOSS) Course
1) The High School/Jr. College should have good premises on adequate land, built up area, sufficient class/ lecture halls, Laboratories for Science (Physics, Chemistry & Biology) Classrooms, etc, furniture and equipment for minimum 300 students apart from urinals and Toilet separately for Boys/Male, Girls/Female and staff in requisite number.
2) High School /Junior College should be either Government Junior College or Private aided High School or Recognized Private High School (and is affiliated to Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh).
3) If the Junior College is a Vocational Institution, it should be not only affiliated to BIE but also to State Board of Technical Education.
4) High School / Junior College should have adequate qualified faculty for all academic subjects offered.
5) High School / Junior College should be accessible for students i.e., by bus/rail etc.
6) Recognized Degree College having recognized Junior College having High School sections is also eligible to be a study centre if it fulfills the criteria.

Criteria for Selecting a Jr. College as an APOSS Accredited Institution (Study Centre) for Intermediate (APOSS) Course
