PECET Web Counselling Dates 2019: The qualified candidates of PECET-2019 Examinations are informed that the Web counseling for admission into U.G.D.P.Ed., and B.P.Ed., courses for the academic year 2019-15 will be conducted as per the schedule given below at the following help line centers are bellow. All qualified and eligible candidates are invited for the web counseling based on the available seats in each region and category.

PECET Rank Wise Web Counselling Dates 2019:

Note: Candidates claiming NCC and CAP should attend only at any of the three following centers for certificate verification. i.e on 6-10-2019 for BPED and 8-10-2019 for UGDPED at 9:00 A.M at Acharya Nagarjuna University, Nagarjunanagar, Guntur, Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupathi, University College of Science, Saifabad, Hyderabad

The help line centers are open at 9.00am on the above dates.

General Instructions to the Candidates: 
1. Applicants should attend the web based counseling as per the schedule given above.
2. All the qualified eligible candidates are called for certificate verification and web counseling.
3. The candidates have to appear for web based counseling at their own expenses with all original certificates.
4. Candidates who fail to appear for web based counseling will not get any further intimation from the office of the Convener.

PECET Second Phase counseling:
After completion of the first phase admissions, if there is any vacancy, the second phase web based counseling will be conducted. The candidates who received the scratch card can exercise web options directly through any internet center or through Helpline Centers. The detailed procedure, vacancy position, for second phase will be placed in the website.

ICET Seat Allotments Results 2019: Kakatiya University(KU) is going tot release Integrated Common Entrance Test (ICET) Counselling results 2019 on 26th September 2019 through official website at www.icet.nic.in.

How to Download ICET Seat Allotment Order 2019:

•  Allotments will be placed in Website https://icet.nic.in on 26.09.2019 after 06.00 PM.
• Enter the Registration Number, Hall Ticket number, Password and date of birth in Candidate Login.
• Download the allotment order and read the instructions printed and also download challan form for payment of fee.
• Pay the fees if any, in any Branch of Andhra Bank/Indian Bank.
• Report to the allotted college on the date mentioned in the allotment order. 6) Failure to report in the allotted college by the date stipulated will automatically result in cancellation of seat and candidate has no claim on the seat allotted.

Required Documents For PECET Certificate Verification 2019:

The candidate should submit the following original documents and also one set of Xerox copies at the time of web counseling for verification. All the original certificates will be verified and the originals will be returned to the candidates. The candidates who got the allotment of seat should submit the originals to the colleges at the time
of admissions.

• PECET-2019 Rank card & Hall Ticket.
•  Degree / Intermediate or its equivalent pass certificate & Memorandum
  of Marks.
• Memo of SSC or its equivalent.
• Study Certificate giving the details of past seven years of study.
• Residence certificate for Preceding 7 years of the qualifying examination i.e., Graduation in respect of candidates who have private study without any institutionalized education.
• Integrated community certificate issued by the competent authority in case of BC/SC/ST candidates.
• Residence certificate of father or mother for a period of 10 years in A.P. excluding the period of their employment outside A.P. from M.R.O in
  case of Non local candidates.
• Transfer Certificate.
• Income Certificate as per the G.O. and rules in force.
• One set of Xerox copies of all certificates.
• In case of candidates seeking admission under SC, ST or BC Category, they have to submit an integrated community certificate prescribed by the Government and issued by the revenue authorities in the Government (Vide G.O.Ms.No.58, Social Welfare (J) Dept., Dt: 12-5-1997).
• Candidates seeking the admission under CAP category should submit a certificate from the concerned Zilla Sianik Welfare officer in the prescribed proforma, along with original military discharge certificate, Identity card and pension certificate in case of pensioner. In case of children of serving armed forces personnel, they should produce a
  certificate issued by the commanding officer.
• Candidates seeking the admission under NCC category should submit N.C.C Certificate issued by the appropriate authority.

NTRUHS MBBS/ BDS 2nd Counselling 2019: In continuation of earlier notification dated 26.08.2019, the University proposes to fill up the vacant seats arose after 1^st Phase counseling for admission into MBBS/BDS courses for the year 2019-15. The counseling for Special Categories will be held on 19-09-2019 and the 2^nd and Final counseling will be held from 20-09-2019 to 24-09-2019 for all vacant seats. The Eligible Rank holders* of EAMCET-20192019 who did not get selection in 1^st counseling are directed to attend this counseling. Those candidates who secured admission in 1^st Phase counseling and wish to change their college/course according to their merit, and those who have cancelled / withdrawn / not joined can also attend the counseling.

COUNSELING SCHEDULE FOR SPECIAL CATEGORIES:

NOTE: The merit list under Sports & Games category and counseling date will be notified later. Counseling schedule for 2^nd & Final Counseling.

The candidates are advised to attend the counseling at any one of the following centers of their choice:

All candidates means OC, BCA, BCB, BCC, BCD, BCE, SC & ST categories:

•  The details of vacancies available category wise will be displayed in the University Website on 18-09-2019.
• No individual intimation will be sent to the candidates regarding this notification and those who are absent on the day      of the
• counseling and at the time of their turn announced will be considered in eligible for admission.
• The selected candidates shall submit all original certificates and pay the college fee and University fee by way of      crossed  demand
• drafts (as detailed in the earlier notification dt.26-08-2019) drawn in favour of the Registrar,     Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, payable at Vijayawada any Nationalized Bank.
• The other terms and conditions for counseling remain unchanged as announced in our earlier notification dated  26.08.2019.
• For further details refer to Regulations.
• Candidates who have already taken admission in earlier phase shall bring the copies of allotment orders, receipt of certificates, fee receipt and admission (copy) from the college where the candidate was admitted.
• The University fee and other fees once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
• The Candidates selected in the counseling are not permitted to withdraw from the course.  If the candidates withdraws from the course, tuition fee and university fee will not be refunded.

Note: Rs.1,00,000/- towards cancellation fee to be paid for cancellation of admission by the candidates who are provisionally selected into   MBBS/BDS courses in the counseling for the academic year  2019-15 and also forfeit the University fee and tuition fee which was paid at the time of counseling

EDCET Counselling 2019: The qualified candidates of Ed.CET-2019 Examination are informed to attend the certificate verification for exercising web options for admission into B.Ed. Course for the academic year 2019-15 on the dates mentioned against their state wide rank and methodology in any of the helpline centers with all original certificates viz., (1) Hall Ticket, Rank card (2) Degree Provisional Certificates and Memorandum of Marks along with Pass Certificate of Intermediate or its equivalent (3) SSC (4) Study Certificates from 9th class to Graduation (5) Residence Certificate for preceding 7 years of the qualifying examination i.e. Degree in respect of candidates who have private study without any institutionalized education, (6) Integrated Community certificate (7) Residence Certificate of father or mother for a period of 10 years in A.P./ T.S excluding the period of their employment outside A.P. / T.S from M.R.O. in case of Non local candidates (8) T C (9) Income certificate and (10) Minority Certificate. All candidates have to pay processing fee at the time of certificate verification. The processing fee for SC/ST candidates is Rs.200/- and Rs.400/- for others (non-refundable).

Special Category Candidates can exercise options along with regular candidates.
PH Category: Candidates have to produce a certificate issued by the District Medical Board and only candidates who have disability of 40% and above are eligible.

Note: PHV – Visual, PHH – Hearing, PHO – Orthopedic

CAP Category: 1. Ex-Servicemen have to produce a certificate issued by Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer. 2. Identity Card 3. Discharge Book for verification. Serving personnel have to produce Service Certificate from the place of Work indicating the Relation of Candidate with the personnel. Only Candidates whose parents are domicile of A.P. / T.S are eligible to be considered under “CAP” Category.

NCC Category: Concerned certificates along with B & C certificates in qualifying exam only.

1. The attended candidates need to bring their original certificates at the helpline centers for verification. They have to submit two sets of attested copies of the certificates.

2. Mere attending does not guarantee a seat.

3. The details of the seats available in various colleges and methodologies will be available on website http://edcet.apsche.ac.in from one day before actual day of counseling.

4. The tuition fee for Government/University/Aided Private colleges varies from Rs.2700/- to Rs.13500/- and a special fee of Rs.3000/-. Fee shall be paid by the candidate at the college along with the allotment letter.

5. Tuition fee for private unaided colleges will be notified in the website before finalization of admissions.

6. The students belonging to SC/ST/BC/EBC/Disabled/Minority categories will be considered for Reimbursement of Tuition Fee (RTF) / Financial Assistance under (FAST) is subject to verification and eligibility criteria prescribed by respective State Governments of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Tentative fee payable now is subject to fulfilment of eligibility criteria in case found not eligible the candidate shall pay the difference of fee.

7. Candidates are informed that where there is more than one Help Line Center in one location, the ranks are distributed Help Line Centre wise and placed on Website http://edcet.apsche.ac.in and hence they are informed to attend for certificate verification in the HLC where their ranks are mentioned.
