AIMA MAST – MANAGEMENT APTITUDE & SKILLS TEST (MAST)
Management Aptitude & Skills Test (MAST) is a universal yardstick for screening and selecting the right candidates for the right profile. AIMA launched MAST in 2010 after an in-depth research conducted by IMRB and AIMA which showed that most management graduates were not being placed appropriately. It is an assessment tool for candidates to evaluate their managerial skills sets and understand their Industry Readiness and helps Corporate recruiters find the right profiles for their organisations.
Eligibility Criteria
- The minimum qualification for appearing in MAST is MBA/PGDM
- Or equivalent degree/diploma in management from a recognized University/Institute.
- A final year student can also appear provisionally.
- There is no minimum percentage requirement for taking the test.
- MBA/PGDM or equivalent degree/diploma in management from a recognized University/Institute should be 2 year Full Time or 3 year Part Time or 2 year Distance Learning Programme.
- The courses/Programmes having duration less than 2 year are not eligible
- Validity of the MAST score is for one year
- There is no age bar
- Job experience is not necessary.

Exam Pattern
- MAST is conducted as Computer Based Test (CBT) only
- The cost of the test is 1750/-
- It is an objective type test with multiple-choice answers.
- Test is divided in three main sections
- Psychometric assessment
- General Aptitude
- Domain Knowledge

Application Procedure
Candidate should apply on the official website once the link is activated after the notification.
Admit cards
- All provisionally registered candidates can down load their Admit Card from AIMA website
- Fifteen days before the date of test
- No separate special card is issued
- Also, activation of a test centre depends upon the minimum no. of registration.
- Candidates accessing the website the earliest can choose the Time of his/her choice subject to availability.
- Those who have not opted, the time slot for 4-5 days will be automatically allotted time slot by the system. No request for change of time slot can be entertained.
Results
- The Score Card is put on the AIMA website during last week
- Candidate can download his/her score card with his Registration Form Number and Roll No from AIMA website.
