The authorities have imposed strict restrictions on the use of cell phones in the examination centers (10th exams 2024 guidelines) in the wake of the 10th class exams to be held from 18th of this month to 2nd of April in the state of Telangana. During this time the examination centers were declared as ‘no cellphone’ zones. These rules are applicable to all other officers including examining staff, SCD. Officials, collectors, police and education department officials who come for inspections will not allow cell phones to be taken into the centers. They have to keep their cell phones outside.
Entry will be allowed only after checking by the police. If anyone violates these rules and attends duty with cell phones, they will be suspended. If you commit paper leakages, you will be fired. The SCSC board has taken this decision in the wake of a statewide sensation of the appearance of straight 10th class question papers on WhatsApp.
This year, 5.08 lakh students will appear for the 10th annual exams. 2,676 examination centers have been set up across the state to conduct the examinations. A control room has been set up at the state level for conducting the examinations. Students can contact number 040 -23230942 if they have any problem. In view of the conduct of these examinations, 12 senior officials have already been appointed as district level observers. While the hall tickets of the students have already been sent to the schools, the students have been given the opportunity to download the hall tickets directly from the website. Students can travel free in RTC buses to the nearest station of examination centers if they show their hall ticket. While the SCSC Board has already sent the nominal rolls and photo attendance sheets to the districts, it is sending the latest OMR, question papers, answer papers and booklets to the districts.
