About Application Form:-

Applications shall be accepted only when fee is deposited in the Bank upto last date for fee deposition. If the fee for application is deposited in bank after the last date, the on-line application of the applicant will not be accepted and the fee deposited in the bank shall not be refunded to the applicants in any condition. It will be responsibility of the applicants to deposit fee in the bank upto last date prescribed for fee deposition and submit the application upto last date prescribed for submission of applications.

Method/Procedure to Fill On-line application form:-Which will be completed in 3 stages

1st Step:- Candidates are advised to fill the basic registration form which will be displayed on clicking below. After filling the Basic Registration accurately click on submit button. Thereafter Acknowledgment of Candidate Registration will be displayed which can be printed by candidates on clicking the ‘Print’ Button.

2^nd Step:- There are two options for depositing the fees

1- Through E-challan :-

1. After selecting the concerning bank to deposit the application fees through E-Challan, the E-challan of concerned bank which are SBI/PNB will be displayed in which there will be Candidate’s Registration No., Name, DOB(Date of Birth) and Fee Amount.
2. The applicant will have to go with E-Challan (in the Bank which is selected by the Candidates themselves) to any branch of the SBI/PNB Bank and deposit the fees and take one copy of E-Challan and keep with them safely. On the copy of the E-Challan given by the Bank transaction ID or Journal No. and date will be mentioned which will be used at the time of filling the form at 3 rd stage.

2- Through I-collect:- The candidates having Net Banking facility in SBI/PNB banks may deposit the fees through I-collect.

3^rd step:-

1. After depositing application fee in the concerning Bank, the applicants are advised that after 2 days from fee deposition he/she upload his photo and signature (in prescribed size) on the working day time after 2.00 pm.
2. After filling all entries in the application format, the applicants may click view application form to see for themselves that all entries and information are accurately entered and after checking/satisfying themselves should click on submit button to forward the same to the Commission.
3. It is essential that the applicant should fill all information On-line acuratelly according to the instructions given and click on the Submit button by the last date given for submission of the application form. If the applicant does not click the submit button, the application form will not be completed finally and the candidate will be accountable for this.
4. After clicking the submit button, the applicant may take a print-out of the application to preserve it with them. In the event of any discrepancy, the candidate will be required to submit the said print-out in the office of the Commission, otherwise his/her request will not be entertained. The Application once submitted, will not be allowed to be modified/do change.

Application Fee:-

(i) UR (General)- Exam fee Rs. 100/- + On-line processing fee Rs. 15/- Total = Rs. 115/-

(ii) Other Backward Class – Exam fee Rs. 100/- + On-line processing fee Rs. 15/-Total = Rs. 115/-

(iii) Scheduled Caste – Exam fee Rs. 40/- + On-line processing fee Rs. 15/- Total = Rs. 55/-

(iv) ScheduledTribe – Exam fee Rs. 40/- + On-line processing fee Rs. 15/- Total = Rs. 55/-

(v) Handicapped – Exam fee NIL+ On-line processing fee Rs. 15/- Total = Rs. 15/-

(vi) Dependents of the Freedom Fighters – According to the original category mentioned from Serial Numbers. 1 to 4.

(vii)Ex-Servicemen :-According to the original category mentioned from Serial Numbers. 1 to 4.

(viii)Women -According to the original category mentioned from Serial Numbers. 1 to 4.

Pay Scale:-Rs. 9,300/- – Rs. 34,800/- (Grade Pay Rs. 4200/-). Non-Gazetted/Permanent.
