IIT: Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) are institutions of national importance established through an Act of Parliament for fostering excellence in education. There are sixteen IITs at present, located at Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Delhi, Gandhinagar, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Indore, Jodhpur, Kanpur, Kharagpur, Mandi, Mumbai, Patna, Ropar, Roorkee and Varanasi.

JEE Advanced Cut Off 2019: JEE Advanced 2019 Cut-off list is the minimum score which is required by the candidate to be eligible for admissions in the engineering courses in IITs. The cut off for the JEE advanced 2019 is based on the various factors like number of available seats, difficulty level of exam , number of applicants and previous year’s cut off. Expected that the cut off for the general candidates would be somewhere around 30 percent marks. For the SC and ST candidates cut off percentage may be around 18-20 percent.
