JEE Advanced Exam Pattern 2018
- JEE (Advanced)-2018 will Contain two papers, each of will be of 3 Hrs Duration.
- The question papers for JEE Advanced will be in English and Hindi Both as Like JEE Main Paper 2018.
- Candidates Need to Specify the choice of Question paper language at the time of online registration for JEE (Advanced) 2018.
- Each of the question papers will consist of three separate parts of Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics.
- All the questions will be objective or MCQs (multiple choice Question) type.
- Negative Marking is also There in JEE Advanced 2018.
- Candidates will be provided a two page doublet of optical Response Sheet (ORS) for Answering.
Eligibility Criteria For JEE Advanced 2018
Out of All the Candidates Who Appear in JEE Main 2018 Only 1,50,000 Candidates will be short listed for JEE Advanced 2018. Distribution of top 1, 50,000 Candidates from all across Country in all Category in the merit list of JEE (Main) 2018 will be as follows:
Top 75,750 (50.5%) will be Selected from the Common Merit List or Simply Called CML.
Top 40,500 (27%) Candidates will be selected from OBC or Other Backward Classes (Non Creamy layer)
Top 22,500 (15%) Candidates will Be Selected from Scheduled Caste (SC) Category.
Top 11,250 (7.5%) Candidates will be from Scheduled Tribe (ST) Category.
