K L University B.Tech Admissions 2017 – Fee to be paid at the Time of Counseling
The candidates who selected for B.Tech admission in K L University should pay the admission fee by drawn Demand Draft (D.D.) in favor of “K L University”, payable at Vijayawada.
The B.Tech Admissions fee structure to submit at the time of Counseling as followed given below.

KLU B.Tech Admissions Scholarships / fee concession for Various Category Candidates
SC / ST / Differently Abled Candidates are given a special fee concession of Rs. 10,000/- per year and OBC candidates Rs.5000/-per year.

Candidates with below qualifications are eligible for Merit Scholarships.
KLUEEE 2016: Ranks 1 to 750
JEE Advanced 2016: 139 and above Marks
EAMCET (A.P) 2016: 1 to 2000
Note: All fee waiver / Concessions are given to students Semester wise only.
Students availing Fee waiver / Merit Scholarships from 2nd Semester to 8th semester are applicable only if they maintain “9 CGPA” in all Semesters.
Documents to be produced at the time of counseling
The candidates who are going to appear for K L University Bachelors in Technology (B.Tech) Course Admission counselling you should required the process the below given documents at the time of counselling certificate process. As well as take two sets of xerox copies of these documents.
- Counseling Call Letter (Sent by KLU).
- S.S.C. (10th Class) Marks Memo/ Equivalent Certificate.
- 10+2 (Intermediate) / equivalent qualified Exam Marks Memo and Provisional Certificate / Pass Certificate
- Entrance Examination Hall Ticket & Rank Card (KLUEEE, JEE Main or EAMCET -2017)
- Transfer Certificate (T.C.) and Conduct Certificate (C.C.)
- Other Certificates such as Sports / NCC / Ex-Service Men / Single Girl Child / *Extra Curricular Activities (E.C.A.) mentioned in the Application
- Caste Certificate in case of OBC / SC / ST candidates and Differently Abled Certificate issued by relevant Medical Authority.
- Recent of 6 Passport size color photographs.
- Two sets of Xerox copies of all the original certificates.
NOTE: Candidates failing to submit the DDs & Documents mentioned as above will have to forego their allotted seats.
Get return your Submitted Documents except (TC, CC & Migration Certificates)
After verification of the Certificates, at the helpline centre, the candidate will get all his / her Original certificates back except TC, CC and Migration certificate. The receipt of original certificates shall be given to the candidate.
