National Law University, Delhi has announced the admission notification for various B.A.LL.B.(Hons.), LL.M. and Ph.D. Programmes for the academic year 2017-18. The eligible students who are interested to get admission for Law / Ph.D Course under NLU Delhi, you must participate in the “ALL INDIA LAW ENTRANCE TEST (AILET)” Exam to be held on 07th May, 2017. The NLUD Law / Ph.d course seat allotment will be provided based on merit in AILET entrance test May 2017. All the eligible and interested candidates are suggested to apply for AILET-2017 through online from 3rd January, 2017 to 7th April, 2017.

National Law University will conduct the AILET 2017 Entrance test at 21 major Cities throughout the country
The admissions purely based on merit in qualifying entrance exam.
New academic year 2017-18 commencing from August, 2017.

Education qualifications: Senior Secondary School Examination (10+2 System) or Equivalent Examination with 50% marks.
Note: The candidates appearing in the 12th standard examination in March/April, 2017 can also apply
Age Limit: Below 20 years as on 1 July, 2017 (22 years in case of SC/ST candidates).
Total Seats: 80
Among 80 seats 70 seats on merit through All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) & Remaining 10 seats for direct admission to Foreign Nationals on merit
Note: Foreign Nationals are exempted from AILET. Foreign Nationals to be eligible should have 65% marks in the qualifying examination
LL.M. (One year)
Education qualifications: LL.B. or an Equivalent Law Degree with 55% marks (50% in case of SC/ST/ Persons with Disability).
Note : The candidates appearing in final LL.B. examination in April/May, 2017 can also apply.
Total Seats: 35+5 seats for Foreign Nationals. Foreign Nationals are exempted from AILET (No. of seats may vary).
Reservation: 15% for SC Candidates, 7.5% for ST Candidates, 3% for Persons with Disabilities
For Ph.D. Course
Education qualifications: LL.M. Degree with 55% marks or its equivalent (50% in case of SC/ST/ Persons with Disability).
Application Fee:
General Candidates: Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand Only)
SC/ST Candidates: Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One thousand only)
Persons with Disability (PD) excluding service charges, those candidates need to submit copy of requisite Caste/Person with Disability Certificate
Below Poverty Line (BPL) applicants of SC/ST category are exempted from application fee
