All the related candidates who participated in PUBDET 2017 Entrance test, you can check your results through online official website at www.wbjeeb.in. As well as take print out of PUBDET Rank Card 2017 online to submit at the time of counselling.
The candidates who are eligible appear for PUBDET 2017 Counselling, you should download the “Counselling Form of PUBDET-2017” and fill it with your details at required fields. Date of declaration of results: 30th May 2017
Date of commencement counselling : Update soon.
Note : SC/ST/PWD/OBC candidates hailing from states other than West Bengal are not eligible for such benefits and they will be treated as general category candidates.
PUBDET Counselling – Documents to be submit at the time of counseling
All the related candidates who are going to appear for PUBDET Counselling for UG Admission 2017-18 under Presidency University and their affiliated colleges, you should get prepared the below mentioned documents to submit at the time of counselling.
Important Documents are to be brought positively by the candidates during counselling session
a) Duly filled in subject wise downloaded “Counselling Form of PUBDET 2017”.
b) Downloaded Admit Card of PUBDET 2017
c) Original Mark Sheet of Higher Secondary Examination (10+2 Standard) or equivalent examinations.
d) In case of SC / ST/ O BC-A / OBC-B / PwD candidates, Original Certificate issued by the competent authorities of West Bengal for verification (caste certificate issued from other state will not be considered).
e) A recent passport size photograph.

Candidates can check the Counselling/Reporting process work flow of PUBDET 2017 at below. The candidates will be allowed to enter into the main counselling venue at their respective allotted times span.
Stage I

Generation of final Merit Rank list for admission and waiting list (Rank wise)
On the basis of summation of the aggregate percentage of marks (of the top four subjects excluding environmental science and education) obtain at the 10+2 level examination and the marks obtain in the respective entrance exam. (After all correction and reporting is over).
Stage III
Publication of Final Merit Rank List and Waiting List on Tentatively 8th August (after evening) through website www.wbjeeb.in
Stage IV
Admission to Presidency University
Follow UG Post-Counselling Admission Notification issued by the PU Authority available in the website of Presidency University and WBJEEB regarding fee payment and final admission etc.

Instructions
First thing : According to the information there will be Student intake Capacity for Geography would be (15-GENERAL, 4-SC, 1-ST, 2-OBC-A & 2-OBC-B) Total 24 Geography Course seats (Tentatively) ok
So you already got GMR 45 in Geography for PUBDET 2017 entrance test. Then you are chance to get admission below 50%.
Possibility way to get admission : In case there will be very less competition for Geography, then you may get the admission. Lets’ see.

But we didn’t find the “BA geography” course in PU, there is available only Undergraduate (Major) Course (B.Sc.) in Geography. We workout on it from my end, according my knowledge since there is no separate course for BA geography, and there is available (B.Sc.) in Geography.

Coming to the point, according to the previous year, WBJEEB has published the PUBDET 2016 year counselling schedule on “3rd August 2016” and the counselling started from “6th August, 2016 from 09:30 am onwards” ok.
As following previous year (2016 Year) PUBDET Important dates, we are expecting to publish PUBDET 2017 Counselling Schedule in July month (But we don’t know the exact date, also there are no updates regarding PUBDET 2017 counselling dates from West Bengal Board).
So i suggest you please wait for a while. Also we will inform you once the counselling schedule available online. 🙂
