Mode of Deposition for Application Fee:-
- For Off line application pay through CRF (Central Recruitment Fee) stamps or SBI Challan
- For Online application pay through SBI payment portal.
Note:- Fee is exempted for all Women candidates and candidates belonging to SC(Scheduled Caste), ST(Scheduled Tribe), PH(Physically Handicapped) and Ex-Servicemen eligible for reservation as Government orders.

Closing Date: 19/08/2019 (upto 5:00 P.M.) except for applicants living in Assam, Meghalaya, AP(Arunachal Pradesh), Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Jammu & Kashmir, Lahaul & Spiti District and Pangi Sub Division of Chamba District of HP(Himachal Pradesh), Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep and for applicants living abroad for these applicants last date is 26/08/2019(upto 5:00 P.M.).
Educational Qualification:- Minimum qualification for the SSC combined secondary level exam is 12th(10+2) Standard Pass from recognized state board or university.
Nationality:-
A applicant should be either:
(a) aresidential of India, or
(b) a subject of Nepal, or
(c) a subject of Bhutan, or
(d) a Tibetan refugee who came over to India with the intention of permanently settling in India before the 1/01/1962, or
(e) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania(Formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar),Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.
Note:- a candidate belonging to categories (b), (c), (d) and (e) above will be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India.
Age Limit:- minimum age limit is 18 years while for max age limit is 27 years which is counted on 01/08/2019. Age relaxation is also available which is described below with code

Vacancies:-
Tentative vacancies for the post of Data Entry Operators are 1006 while for Lower Divisional Clerk are 991 respectively.
Paper pattern:-
SSC CHS level exam will comprise of a written objective type Exam followed by Data Entry Skill Test or Typing Test.
Scheme of Examination:- The examination will consist of a Written Examination and Skill Test for the post of Data Entry Operator and Written Test and Typing Test for the post of Lower Division Clerk on Computer

Candidates must carry at least one photo bearing IDENTITY PROOF in original such as Driving Licence, Voter Card, Aadhaar Card, Identity Card issued by University/College, Income Tax Pan Card etc to the examination centre, failing which THEY SHALL NOT BE ALLOWED TO APPEAR IN THE EXAMINATION

Answer Key:- We will also provide answer key for each set of question paper after conduct the exam.
Resolution of Tie Cases:- If more than one candidate get the equal aggregates marks then tie will be resolved by applying the following methods one after another:-
i) Marks obtained in 1st part of the written exam.
ii) Date of birth(DOB) with older applicants placed higher.
iii) Alphabetical order in which 1st names of the candidates appear
