MGM INSTITUTE OF HEALTH SCIENCES has issued the admission notification for Ph.D Courses for the academic year 2018-19. All the eligible and interested candidates are suggested to apply for Ph. D. Programme – 2018 Admission through online on or before last date i.e. 30th June 2018.
Note: Admission in PhD degree program is based on CET Merit, availability of PhD Guide in respective subject and research support. Passing of Common Entrance Test does not necessarily guarantee enrolment in Ph. D. program.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 55% marks or B+ Grade at master level Degree Programme from recognized Institute / University.
Note: Candidates appearing in the final year examination of master (PG) degree are also eligible to apply and appear in the Common Entrance Test. However, their enrolment in PhD Course will be subject to the completion of all the requisite requirements. The results of Common Entrance Test of such candidate will be announced only after verification of marks at the PG level examinations.

- Candidate must have valid email id & Mobile number which will be used for further official communication.
- “Candidates are requested to carefully read/navigate all the information brochures / websites, details of courses, eligibility & fees before filling online application forms.”
- Fill the Online Application Form carefully and upload scanned photograph and signature (Size of photograph and signature Should not be greater than 35KB, 30KB respectively. The photograph and signature should be either in ‘.jpeg’ or ‘.jpg’ format).
- Please remember the Password given by you & Application Number, which will be generated automatically after submission of your online application form (Please note that this application number will be user id). It is important for online payment, future login and admission process.
- Candidate must verify the entries made in Application Form before Click on Submit Button.There is no provision to make changes in the Application Form once submit button clicked.
- On successfully submission of prescribed online Application Form you are requested to pay required application fees through online portal, for which link will be available after submitting application form Or it is also available under login section. No other mode of payment (Cash / Cheque / DD) will be accepted.
- The Applicants must possess the required criteria and education qualification as mentioned in the Information Boucher.
- Please note that if you commit any mistake in filling the online Application Form, it can not be corrected by this office. The Office will take no responsibility of any kind for such forms.
- Applicants email id and mobile number is used to send counselling information after final merit list is declared.
- After submission of prescribed online Application Form candidates are requested to pay application fees through online portal, for which link will be available after successfully submission application form Or same will be available under login section as well.
- Please note that, in case of candidate applies for more than one program he/she need not to pay additional application fees for each program/preference.
- Without successful receipt of Application Fees, application form will be considered as invalid.
