Assam Board 12th Date Sheet 2019: Students who are belonging to the Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) will able to download AHSEC 12th Time Table 2019(for each faculty) from the official website in 1st week of January 2019. About Board: The Secondary Education Board of Assam (SEBA) is the state level origination for conducting examinations and providing convincement for the quality of education in schools. The Board of Secondary Education, Assam (SEBA) was formed on 14 March 1962 which started functioning with the conduct of 11 year H.S.S.L.C. Examination of 1962. The Board office was shifted to the Assam type building constructed on its own premises at Bamunimaidan, Guwahati-21 on 16 January 1976
