SKUCET 2017 Admission Seat Cancellation & Academic Fee Payment Refund Policy
So many students asked me that, if we cancel my seat, then what about the already paid academic fee? So for those candidates, also for new candidates, I have gathered some useful information for you, please read it below.
- Sri Krishnadevaraya University allowed to cancellation of admission with a cancellation fee of Rs.500/- until the commencement of second phase of counseling.
- An admitted candidate is allowed to opt for change of college on counselling day only and he/her has to pay an amount of Rs.1000/- towards processing fee for change of college.
- During the second phase counseling (even on the day of counseling) the cancellation fee would be Rs.1000/-.
Note : No refund of fee is allowed after the completion of second phase of counseling.
SKUCET 2017 Counselling Process (Important notes)
- The eligible candidates for SKUCET PG Course admission Counselling, those who are looking for pending revaluation results of their UG courses will not be considered.
- Admission will be finalized on the day of counseling on the basis of Rank obtained in the Entrance Test and fulfillment of eligibility criteria subject to rules of reservation.
- Candidate who fails to produce all the necessary certificates, particularly TC & CC, Marks memo and reservation category certificates at the time of counseling will forfeit admission and the candidate next in Rank will be admitted.
- If selected, the candidate has to pay the prescribed fee immediately.

- Sri Krishnadevaraya University will provide in most of the Regular (R) courses, additional seats as Payment (P) seats.
- The candidates selected for admission under this category have to pay the prescribed fee at the time of admission in addition to Special fee of the respective courses.
- The payment seat candidate will not be transferred to regular seats even if the regular candidate cancels the seat after closing date of admissions.
- The payment fee for the First year is to be paid at the time of counseling and second year fee is to be paid at the beginning of the second year.
