YVUCET 2017 Entrance test conducting for Admission into Post-graduate, M.Sc. Integrated, Bachelor of Fine Arts and P.G. Diploma in Theatre Arts Courses of University and affiliated colleges for the academic year 2017 – 18. The candidates who are interested may apply for YVUCET 2017 through online mode on or before last date i.e. 22nd May 2017.

YVUCET Important notes 2017

• YVUCET Full form for Yogi Vemana University Common Entrance Test

• Yogi Vemana University admission into various Post Graduation (P.G. / Master Degree), M.Sc. Integrated Bachelor of Fine Arts and P.G. Diploma in Theatre Arts Courses will be provided through YVUCET 2017 merit.

• Yogi Vemana University Directorate of Admissions “Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam” - Central Library Building

• YVUCET applications are receiving through online mode only (no other mode application are available)

• YVUCET Entrance tests will be conducted at Yogi Vemana University, Kadapa.

• The Entrance test will be of 90 minutes duration and the question paper consists of 100 multiple choice type questions

• Admission is made by centralized counseling at Yogi Vemana University campus, Kadapa only.

Integrated (Biotechnology and Bioinformatics, and Earth Sciences), and Bachelor of Fine Arts courses in the University college and affiliated colleges of Yogi Vemana University, Kadapa for the academic year 2017-2018

YVUCET Oral Test 2017
Oral test will be conducted for P.G. Diploma in Theatre Arts course offered in Yogi Vemana University College, Kadapa.

YVUCET Eligibility Criteria 2017

The candidates who are applying for YCUCET 2017 should have passed the qualifying examination with a minimum of 40% marks in the concerned subject.

1. The eligible and interested candidates can apply for YVUCET 2017 online mode through http://www.yvudoa.org/ website.
2. A separate registration is required for each test (If any candidates are applying for more than one entrance tests).
3. Candidates can follow the below mentioned few simple steps in order to completion of YVUCET 2017 Registration.

Steps for online registration:

• Log to the website www.yvudoa.org
• Click the “Apply online” button
• Select the test from the list.
• Fill the form with your name, address, and other details
• Now press the submit button, It will redirect you to the payment screen
• Pay the application fee Rs.400 through online mode
• Now you are eligible to fill-up the online Application form for CET
• Filling of the online application form with your details
• Before submit it, Please verify the all fields which entered by you
• Then upload your passport size photo and scanned signature
• Now click preview button to confirm the details
• If any correction is needed, press the back button and edit the data
• Press the Save & Print button to get a printout of online application form

Notes:

1. The Candidates are advised to submit the filled in application well before the last date to avoid last minute rush.
2. Candidate should submit a print out of the online application should be submitted at the time of entrance examination at examination hall.
3. Preserve one printout of your online application along with a copy of the Hall Ticket with you for future reference till the end of admissions.

YVUCET Test Patten 2017

• YVUCET is a university level entrance test
• Each entrance test will be of 90 minutes duration
• Question paper has 100 multiple choice type questions
• Each question carries one mark
• Each test carries maximum 100 marks
• The question paper will be in English for Computer Science
• All language tests will be in the respective languages
• For all other tests, the question papers will be in both English and Telugu
• There will be no negative marking system for wrong answers

Yogi Vemana University tentatively published the YVUCET results / merit list in Second week of June 2017 for the participated candidates in the entrance test. YVUCET Cut-Off Marks 2017

The minimum qualifying marks in the entrance test is 25

However, for SC/ST candidates there is no qualifying mark

YVUCET Counselling & Admission Process for 2017

The candidates are advised to obtain the Transfer Certificate (TC), Marks Statements of the qualifying examination and the latest Caste and Income certificates (issued in 2017 only) wherever applicable, well in advance.

All the eligible candidates in YVUCET will be called for PG Admission counselling, the Candidates who called for counseling has to pay an amount of Rs.400/- (Rs.200/- for SC/ST) towards counseling fee.

At the time of counselling certificate verification process candidates should submit the following original documents along with one set of Xerox copy.

Documents which are process at the time of counselling & Admission

• YVUCET-2017 Application Form, Hall Ticket & Rank card
• Qualifying examination Marks statements and Provisional / Degree Certificate
• Transfer and Conduct certificates (Admission will not be given if T.C. of the institution where the candidate studied last is not submitted)
• SSC (Class 10) and Intermediate (10 + 2) pass certificates
• Two Passport size photographs
• Study certificates from 9th class to qualifying examination
• Caste certificate in original from the Tahshildar in case of SC / ST / BC candidates, obtained in the year 2017 OR permanent caste certificate
• Income certificate from the Tahshildar obtained in 2017 (for those who wish to apply for Scholarship / fee concession). Fee concession will not be given if income certificate is not submitted.
• Relevant Certificate for physically challenged / extra curricular activities (NCC / NSS / Games & Sports / Cultural Activity) category candidates.
• Discharge certificate and service certificate of the parent in case of a child of armed person.
• Residence Certificate of parents for stay in the state of A.P. from Tahshildar in case of candidates, who have studied outside A.P./ carried out private study.
• Migration certificate (for other University candidates)
