Form M.02:- APPLICATION FOR VERIFICATION OF GENUINENESS
INSTRUCTIONS
Diploma Certificates, Provisional Diploma Certificates and Mark Statements issued by the Directorate of Technical Education (Tamil Nadu) alone will be verified.
The following enclosures are necessary:
- Photocopy of Certificates (i.e. Diploma Certificate, Provisional Diploma Certificate, Consolidated Mark Statement and Mark
- Statements) for which verification of Genuineness is required.
- Original Indian Bank Multi-Utility Chalan
For generation of Multi-utility Chalan, visit Indian Bank’s Website: http://www.indianbank.in/links.php > Department of Technical Education (DoTE) Multi-utility Payment – Students. After generation of multi-utility chalan, payment can be made either through online or through any branch of Indian Bank.
Fees once paid will not be refunded or adjusted for any other certificate under any circumstances.

I have applied for my diploma certificate genuineness in order to apply Visa for Saudi Arabia (Cultural Attache Verification) almost a month ago. Initiated i was told by M-section people that it will take 25 days to process my request but not it is been more than 30 days.
Whenever i call DOTE helpline and reach M section, i am not getting proper response. Kindly help me
Because of this my Saudi Visa is pending.
Diploma certificate genuiness required I will paid amount in online payment in multi-utility indian bank NetBanking, but after completing payment receipt will not download. Then I download receipt in duplicate only. This accepted for DOTE. Pls telme
