Government of Telangana, State Board of Technical Education and Training, Hyderabad recently published the “TS POLYCET” Entrance exam 2017 notification to apply online. The POLYCET TS online applicants form invites the candidates who are seeking admission in to all Diploma Courses in Engineering / Non Engineering / Technology offered @ Polytechnics /Institutions in Telangana State for the academic year 2017-18, can apply for Telangana POLYCET 2017 on or before last date i.e. (Monday) 11th April 2017.
The students from Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, those who qualified S.S.C. with minimum of 35% Marks in each subject including Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry (or) equivalent examination being held in March / April-2017, and whose results are yet to be declared can also eligible to apply for TS POLYCET-2017. TS POLYCET 2017 Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants should satisfy the below mentioned eligibility criteria to apply for TS POLYCET 2017
- Applicants should be an Indian National.
- Applicants should belong to the State of Telangana /Andhra Pradesh
- Candidates should have passed SSC (10th Class) Examination conducted by BSEAP / BSETS / CBSE / ICSE / NIOS / TOSS / APOSS
The pass percentage in each subjects of Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, should be minimum of 35% Marks. - Candidates who already appeared (or) appearing SSC (or) equivalent examination held in March / April-2017, can also appear for POLYCET-2017

TS POLYCET-2017 Hall Ticket Download
- All the eligible students to appear for TS POLYCET April 2017, you should download your hall tickets through online and appear for the entrance test.
- POLYCET Hall Tickets will be available to download online official website at https://polycetts.nic.in from one week before to the date of entrance test.
TS POLYCET 2017 Hall Tickets / Entry card / Admission Ticket / Admit Card / Call Letter will be available to download from 15th April 2017 (Tentatively)

TS POLYCET 2017 Question paper pattern
- The test conducting for maximum of 2 Hours time duration
- The examination (POLYCET) consisting of only one paper (Pen & Paper type exam)
- The question paper consists of 120 Objective Type (MCQs) questions
- Each correct answer carries one mark
- Among 120 questions
60 Questions belongs to Mathematics and carries maximum of 60 Marks
30 Questions belongs to Physics subject and carries Max. 30 Marks
30 Questions from Chemistry subject for 30 Marks - Candidates shall mark the correct answer in the Optical Mark Reader (OMR) response sheet by shading in Dark the appropriate circle with 2B pencil only.
- They should not use under any circumstance Ball pen for this purpose.
- Candidates are requested to answer to all questions.
- All questions carry equal marks.
Note: There is no negative marking for incorrect answers.

The question paper for common Entrance Test for admission into polytechnics consists of 120 questions.
