We already know that State Board of Technical Education & Training Telangana has issued notification for filling the online application form of Typewritng and Shorthand examinations to be held during July/August, 2018. Also there are huge of eligible candidates applied for Telangana – Typewriting / Shorthand Exams August 2018. If any eligible candidates not applied yet, please apply through online on or before last date i.e. 10th July 2018 (Without any late fee).
All the successfully applicants for SBTET TS – Typewriting & Shorthand Exams August 2018 are advised to verify your application form clearly, if any errors, please correct it and take print out of your hall ticket. Candidates are able to download your hall ticket one week before the examination. Candidates can follow the below mentioned few simple steps in order to downloading the online hall tickets.

Steps to downloading hall tickets online
- Open URL : http://ousbtet.net/twshportal/
- Look “For Hall Ticket“
- Now “Enter your Application No “
- Then Click on “Get Hall Ticket” Button
- Finally check the hall tickets details and take print out of hall tickets and bring it to examination center.
Note : Candidates can check their examination center name in your provided hall ticket only.

Correction of online submitted application form
After submitting the online application, for any correction in Name, Father Name, Date of Birth and change of photograph, the candidate/principal has to send the email with details to admin.sbtet@gmail.com before issuing of Hall Ticket.
TS Typewriting & Shorthand Exam Instructions & Hall Tickets Details
- After verifying the applications, SBTET will generate Hall Tickets and place them in the same web portal one week before the examination.
- If any candidate files the applications for the same grade from more than one institution, the applications filed by the candidate for that grade will be cancelled.
- The candidates may get the print out of the Hall Tickets from the same portal for appearing the examinations.
- The Hall Ticket must be attested by a Gazetted Officer or the Principal of Type Institute.
- Once Hall Ticket is generated, no corrections will be entertained.
Note: All the Principals of Typewriting & Shorthand Institutions and students appearing for Typewriting and Shorthand Examinations are requested to note the following changes in conducting the Technical Examinations to be held during July/August, 2018.
The Shorthand Examinations in twin cities will be held at 1) GPT, Hyderabad, All High Speeds and SEL 125 capacity 2) Smt. DDWTTI, Ameerpet, SEL 125 and SEH 75 Capacity 3) GIOE, Secunderabad, SEL 125 and SEH 75 Capacity and 4) GDSTC, Secunderabad, SEL 125 and SEH 75 Capacity. Depending upon exhausting the maximum strength allotted to a center, the rest of other candidates shall be allotted at any of the other centers as per the option exercised by the candidate subject to availability of vacancies. The Hall Tickets will be generated on first come first served basis. In the case of SEL, SEI & SEH grades, the dictation shall be conducted simultaneously for all concerned grades.
The Examination in Paper – II (Manuscript) of Typewriting of all grades will be conducted first and the Paper – I (Speed) will be conducted after completion of the Paper – II (Manuscript) Examination.
Using different Type machine in the Examination Hall without the prior permission of the Chief Superintendent / Joint Chief Superintendent leads to cancellation of examination results.
TS SBTET – Typewriting Examinations – List of Rejected candidates applied for Typewriting and Shorthand Examinations to be held during August, 2018
The candidates listed in the Annexure enclosed, are hereby informed that on scrutiny of applications uploaded through online in different subjects and grades have not followed the instructions notified in the notification for uploading the online application and not submitted their applications in the proper way. Hence their applications are hereby rejected due to the reasons as mentioned in the remarks column against their Hall Ticket Numbers / Names placed in the SBTET website.
In this regard, if they fulfill the shortfalls of the applications on or before 10th July 2018 (Tentatively) for Shorthand and on or before 10th July 2018 (Tentatively) for Typewriting, their applications will be considered and hall tickets will be issued. However, in respect of the applications of candidates, who applied for the same examination in different batches from different examinations centers, are straight away rejected as per the Board norms and no further communication is entertained in this regard.
