Submitted: It is submitted that the University has given a Notification pertaining to the 6th, 7th and 8th convocation to be held in the month of December 2018
In this connection, it is submitted that the Controller and Addl. Controllers proposed the following fee for the candidates who have not applied through the earlier notifications can avail this opportunity and apply in this convocation to receive their degree certificates in-absentia only.

Convocation Fee Details for the year 2016-2018
(i) Rs.1500/- (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred only) for Ph.D degree awardees in-person and they will be receiving their degree on the dais.
(ii) Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) for Post Graduates only who wish to receive the degree certificate in-person at the venue of the convocation.
(iii) Rs.1500/- (Rupees Fifteen Hundred only) for post graduate as well as for the under graduate students who wish to receive their degree certificates inabsentia. The degree certificate will be sent by Speed Post/Registered Post at a later date.

If may possible take your original degree certificate from YVU University only, But every applicant convocation, they must be get their original degree. If may any late to provide convocation by the university, surely they will send you soon don’t worry.

Hi Akash | YVU University degree convocation / original degree certificate for 2014 and 2015 year passedout not sent yet through post. We know all students applied for YVU Degree convocation in December 2015 / January 2016, there are 8 months are over. Still now there is no any update regarding convocation from the YVU University.

Hi Nirmala, convocation means Original Degree, If you interested then only you can apply for Convocation otherwise no need to worry about it. But you should keep your Degree Mark-list safe, Mark-list is enough for join in higher studies.
