Responsibilities
- Drive IT operations to run with maximum agility, simplicity and efficiency.
- Establish a culture of continuous improvement and excellence amongst GA team members.
- Liaise with other organizations (Finance, Procurement, Internal Audit, and Engineering) to improve GA effectiveness.
- Liaise with other IT organizations to identify areas for OneIT collaboration, workload sharing, and opportunities for improvement to get the best value for IT.
- Work with HR to integrate new performance management initiatives.
- Maintain a comprehensive awareness of trends and developments, and identify and share areas of best practices.
- Contribute to the development of annual budgets, providing information to support and justify the level of budget requested.
- Prepare required financial reports and analysis; solve routine financial queries and chargeback issues. Design and ensure proper controls on all external expenditure.
- Prepare and produce up to date detailed resource analysis for all of GA. Highlighting areas where we are not meeting performance or financial targets and recommend solutions.
- Monitor and/or oversee internal operations to ensure full and consistent compliance with SLAs, Adobe policies, procedures, standards, other protocols and execution that will achieve or exceed KPIs, scorecard and other performance metrics.
- Where appropriate, conducts analyses and other modeling, as needed, to develop recommendations for effective resource planning and management. Reviews and approves resource plans with internal and/or external partners. Works with others to ensure implementation and maintenance of resources according to plans and service standards and terms
- Works with team members and other partners to maintain, at all times, current, accurate and thorough documentation for business processes, policies, procedures, other protocols and standards to support optimal internal and/or vendor services delivery operations. Does so by following established policies, procedures, standards and other protocols for documentation development, maintenance and access
- Dependent upon assigned areas of responsibility, may work with others to develop, communicate and implement KPIs (key performance indicators), scorecards and other metrics for the organization and operations, measurement and reporting
- Work with GA teams on marketing of services and accomplishments.

- Taking care of all quarterly Business review (QBR) preparation and presentations
- Organize agendas and coordinate any visitor schedules and prepare presentations
- Finance & procurement process. Tracking Budgets & spending and QRFs, OLs and responding to all related queries.
- Quarterly All Hands preparation, scheduling, presentations for the same
- Contractor/vendor management
- FTE/TEMP hiring tracking and status reporting
- Organising employee morale events
- Cascading MBOs(goals) for entire org and tracking quarterly feedback sessions
- Maintain and track org level data like FTEs, Temps, and Attrition etc.
- Space planning/moves
- Project managing functional/behavioural trainings for the team.
- Keep track of progress on org level employee/people improvement programs
- Frequent data analysis and presentation which can help to take key decisions or drive changes in the benefit of the organization.
- Aligning with business priorities and coming-up initiatives and programs to improve efficiency.
- Regularly leads and/or participates in cross-functional project teams with moderate to more complex scope
- Completes other assignments, as directed, needed, or otherwise appropriate

Eligibility Criteria-:
- A degree preferably in Engineering/Computers.
- Degree/Certification(s) in project management and/or operational excellence/continuous improvement methodologies is strongly preferred
- A minimum of 14+ years. A minimum of 6 years program or project management or other related experience in technology or related industries
- Work experience includes leading in a complex operational environment, including global 24 X 7and multigeography environments.
- Previous experience managing external vendor partners – including contracting, negotiation, managing service term compliance, and financials
- Some previous experience in similar or other related domains – customer service, technical support engineering, technical account management, enablement, finance, etc. – is preferred
- Some prior people management experience is strongly preferred
- Strong data analytics and presentation skills.
- Has demonstrated, in previous roles, his/her ability to effectively, concisely and clearly communicate his/her viewpoint, complex or large-scale business or operational considerations, and key decision points. Should be able to use inter-personal relationship skills to build trust with Global functional and customer organizations.
- Strong organizational savvy; proven abilities and know-how to effectively and efficiently navigate the organization to enable self and team to get things done
- Strong budgeting and financial fundamentals. Proven abilities to achieve results on-time, on-target and within-budget
- Must be able to manage multiple projects concurrently, work under deadlines, maintain budget, and be able to produce results under a mission critical environment.
- Experience in the creation, deployment and improvement of operational processes. Driving service quality improvements and applying metric’s across the organization.
- Strong management skills required for recruiting, goal setting, performance evaluation, team development, budgetary responsibility, project ownership, and customer/end-user relationships.
- Strong interpersonal skills. Has developed, in previous roles, strong, lasting relationships with multiple stakeholders, partners and customers and consistently works collaboratively, effectively and efficiently with others
- Strong influencing & negotiation skills. Where possible, consistently achieves win/win results and demonstrates competence in resolving conflicts and reaching compromise with others. Demonstrates understanding of the basic principles of influencing and negotiation when working, communicating or interacting with others. Proven abilities (through past experience) to achieve win/win results
- Works collaboratively, effectively and efficiently with others
- Has consistently met or exceed expectations in previous roles; demonstrating the ability to effectively manage others in the oversight and completion of their work
- Good time management/organizational skills
- Knowledge of IT Industry trends
