Objectives Of APSMFC : The Andhra Pradesh State Minorities Finance Corporation Limited has been incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 in the year 1985. The main objective is to assist the weaker sections of Minorities viz; Muslims, Sikhs, Buddhists, Parsis and Jains for their socio-economic development in collaboration with Banks and Corporation provides Subsidy and interest Subsidy. The Source of funding for the corporate is from Government of Andhra Pradesh and National Minorities Development and Finance Corporation, New Delhi.

Eligibility:

  1. Age between 18 to 33 years
  2. Annual income of the parents/guardian should be less than Rs. 2.00 lakh in Urban and Rs.1.50 Lakhs in Rural. Income proof should be enclosed.
  3. 75% and above attendance in Training classes is essential for sanction of stipend.

Post Metric Scholarship

Post Metric Scholarship will be sanctioned to the Economically Backward Minority students whose parents/guardians annual income does not exceeds Rs 1 lakh per annum. The post metric scholarship will be sanctioned to the minority students of Intermediate, Graduation, Post Graduation and Professional Courses as follows:

Eligibility Criteria

1. Post Metric Scholarship & Fee reimbursement will be sanctioned to the Economically Backward Minority students

2. Whose parents / guardians annual income does not exceeds Rs 1 lakh.

3. Fee Reimbursement will be sanctioned to all the Students irrespective of distance whose parents income does not exceed Rs 1 lakh on par with social welfare department.

4. The Scholarship amount shall be disbursed to the students who put in 75% attendance in normal time

GOI SCHOLARSHIPS

Post Metric Scholarship Government of India

Post Matric Scholarships will be awarded to the students, pursuing studies from Class XI to PhD from Government/Recognized private Colleges/including technical and Vocational Courses of Courses of Class XI and XII level in Industrial Training Institutes/Industrial Training Centers affiliated with National Council for Vocational Training. And those courses which are not covered in Merit cum Means Based Scholarship.

ELIGIBILITY;

1. The annual Income of Parents/Guardian of the student from all sources does not exceed Rs. 2 lakhs.

2. The Student should secure not less than 50% marks or equivalent grade in the previous final examination.

3. 30% of Scholarships will be earmarked for Girl students. In case sufficient number of eligible girl students are not available, then the balance scholarships may be awarded to eligible boy students.

4. The Students who are permanent residents of Andhra Pradesh, but studying in other States are also eligible.

5. The Scholarship holder under this scheme will not avail any other Govt. Scholarship or stipend.

6. Students who got Admission in other then Category `A Convener Quota can also apply.

Note:- Those who got the GOI Scholarship for 2008-09 shall have to apply for Renewal of Scholarship for 2009-10.

SELECTION PROCEDURE:

Distribution of Scholarships will be on the basis targets communicated by the Govt. of India among notified minorities (Muslims, Sikhs, Christians, Buddhists and Zoroastrians (Parsis).

Students from BPL families having the lowest income shall be given preference in the ascending order.
Scholarships will not be given to more than two students in a family.

The application form along with required documents shall be submitted to the District Minorities Welfare Officer / Executive Directors Office of the concerned Districts through the institution and forwarded by the Principal of the concerned institution.

Note: The students persuing Post matric Scholarship courses Out side the State should submit Application through their Colleges directly to the Dedicated Cell to the address given below.

3. Xerox copy of Previous Course (Class) Marks list, Attested by the Principal.

4. Bonafide Certificate issued by the Institution.

5. Proof Permanent Residence (Xerox copy of Ration Card/Voter Id/ Electricity Bill / Gas Bill or any other document of Father/Guardian).

6. Xerox copy of Bank A/c Pass Book of the Student.

7. Photograph attested by Principal.

Pre Metric Hostels

Pre Metric Hostel facilities for Minority students are established by Government of Andhra Pradesh with an objective to provide improved access to school education to those minority children who are denied or who have difficulties in accessing school education. Government has sanctioned (12) Pre Metric Hostels vide GOMs No 18, Minorities Welfare (MFC) Department, dated 11/07/2007 at the following districts with an intake of 100 candidates.

(1) Kadapa (Boys), (2) Chittoor (Boys), (3) Krishna (Boys), (4) Kurnool (Girls), (5) Anantapur (Girls) and (6) Guntur (Girls).

Therefore, for the benefit of Minority children, the city, town areas, which have the best network of schools, are identified, to enable the Minority children particularly from interior backward areas to access the school at these places.

Post Metric Hostels

Government have issued orders for establishment of 16 Post Matric Hostels vide (1) G.O.Ms. No.19, Minorities Welfare (MFC) Department, Dt. 16-07-2007 (14 Hostels) and G.O.Ms. No. 23, Minorities Welfare (MFC) Department, Dt. 04-08-2007 (2 Hostels) in the Districts where the Minorities Population is substantial. The Post Matric Hostel facilities for Minority Students are established an objective to provide improved access to quality Higher Education to those Minority Children who are denied or who have difficulty in accessing such quality higher education.

The District were Post Matric Hostels have been sanctioned, with an intake of 50 Boarders or

(1) Kurnool (Boys), (2) Y.S.R Kadapa (Boys), (3) Anantapur (Boys), (4) Visakhapatnam (Boys), (5) Krishna (Boys), (6) Chittoor (Girls) ,(7) Guntur (Girls),

Depending on admission into educational institution, eligible minority students from other districts may also be considered for admission into hostels.

Residential Schools

Keeping in view to provide access to quality school education Government of Andhra Pradesh has decided to establish (12) English Medium Residential Schools for Minority students in the Districts where the minority population is substantial.

The Government accorded permission to establish English Medium Residential schools vide GOMs No:20 by Minorities Welfare (MFC) Department, dated 17/07/2007 with Urdu as 2nd language for Minorities in the following districts. The jurisdictions of the schools are indicated along side,

1 – Anantapur (Boys) 2 – Krishna (Boys)
3 – Nellore (Boys) 4 – Chittoor (Girls)
5 – Guntur (Girls) 6 – Kurnool (Girls)

As per the revised orders issued vide G.O.Rt.No.211, Minorities Welfare (MFC) Department, Dt. 07-05-2008 the entry point shall be class V with an intake of 160 Students in 4 Sections @40 each instead of V and VII th Class with 36 students in each class

Scholarship Program – ONLINE SUBMISSION OF SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION BY THE SC/ST/BC/DISABLED STUDENTS

APSMFC Scholarship Schemes | Eligibility | Online Application Process

Every eligible SC/ST/BC Disabled student studying Post Matric Courses in any recognized Post Matric Educational institution shall apply Online in the prescribed format for scholarships within one month from the date of admission into the educational institution. The students can submit their applications on-line form the respective e-Seva centers/ JKCs/ and internet Centre/ Mandal Computer Centre in MPDO office / TW and SW Residential Schools /ASWO/ATWO/ABCWO office etc. the student shall write his/her SSC registration No. and Name in the application format as recorded in SSC certificate. One hard copy of the application along with computer generated acknowledgement with necessary certificates. Viz.,

  • Income Certificate issued by the MRO for all the courses,
  • Integrated Caste certificate issued by the MRO,
  • Photo copy of the ration Card of the parent or Electoral Roll Number of the parent,
  • The Education certificates from SSC including TC of previous college
  • Bonafide Certificate issued by the principal of the concerned institution in the format

POST MATRIC SCHOLARSHIP FOR MUSLIM MINORITY STUDENTS:

Post Matric scholarship will be sanctioned to the Economically Backward Minority students whose parents\guardians annual income does not exceeds annum. The post metric scholarship will be sanctioned to the minority students of intermediate, Graduation, post Graduation and Professional Courses as follows

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

  • Postmatric Scholarship & Fee reimbursement will be sanctioned to the economically Backward Minority students
  • Whose parents\guardians annual income does not exceeds Rs .1 lakh
  • If the distance between the residence of the students and institution is between the 5 K.M. Scholarship will not be sanctioned.
  • If the distance is above 5 K.M. it will be treated as Students Managed Hostel and Scholarship will be sanctioned as per SMH rate.

Candidate can generate registration fee receipt by clicking on Print Receipt button.

Click on Back button for going back to the Candidate Home Page of APOSS Amaravati Education.

Once the candidate is done with registration fee payment for APOSS-Amaravati Education, candidate need to submit an online application form by clicking on Submit Online Application link from APPLY FOR SSC & INTER tab as shown in the screen below.

After clicking on Submit Online Application link from APPLY FOR SSC & INTER tab, Candidate Registration Form will be displayed in which candidate should enter their APOSS Registered Number which is present in registration fee payment receipt and click on SUBMIT button as shown in the screen below.

After submitting APOSS Registered Number, APOSS SSC or INTER ADMISSION APPLICATION online application form will be displayed.

Enter all the mandatory details with upload documents wherever required as shown in the screen below.

After furnishing ALL the required data and correct particulars, read the declaration at the end of the page and select the check box if you are done with Online Application Form filling. Then, click on SAVE button to save the data.

If you are sure of the data entered, you can click on PREVIEW button to view the saved online application as shown in the screen below

Clicking on CONFIRM button, finally the application will be submitted.

The data in the application is frozen and no more editing is allowed and a print copy of APOSS SSC or INTER Application form will be displayed as shown in the screen below.

Candidate’s can Re-Send/Re-Check their Registration Numbers in case of missing or forgetting their Registration Numbers by clicking on Re-Send/Re-Check Registration Number link as shown in the screen below.

Clicking on Re-Send/Re-Check Registration Number link, Re Send SMS OR Get Registration Receipt page will be displayed.

Other Facilities on admission

(a) Issue of Duplicate Identity Card

In case of loss of Identity Card, a duplicate Identity Card can be issued. For obtaining duplicate Identity Card apply on a plain paper to the coordinator of the AI concerned along with SBI D.D for Rs. 50/- for SSC and Rs. 100/- in case of Intermediate. Enclose two photographs out of which one photograph should carry your specimen signature duly attested by the Coordinator of AI.

(b) Additional Subject and Change of Subject fee

  • During the admission period of five years, you can opt for one more subject, provided the total number of subjects does not exceed Six.
  • For additional subject the candidate has to pay Rs. 150/- for SSC and Rs. 200/- for Intermediate respectively.
  • If a learner wishes to change any subject/subjects in the first year he/she can do so before the completion of 4 PCPs and for this change the learner has to pay Rs. 150/- for SSC & Intermediate through On-Line Procedure.
  • The learner should have attended 24 PCP Classes to be able to appear for examination in the changed/additional subject.
  • The District Educational Officer concerned will confirm such change or addition of subjects at your mailing address under intimation to your AI. Do keep in contact with your AI and ensure that the desired changes have been made.
  • The learner does not have this facility for the passed subjects.

  • Total number of beneficiaries : It has been estimated that after the implementation of this scheme, around 12.26 lakh jobless youth of the state will receive this financial assistance from the authority.
  • Skill development training : All registered candidates will stand a chance to receive skill upgraded training. These training workshops will be organized by state government.

Andhra Pradesh Government has approved Mukhyamantri Yuva Nestam also known as “NTR Nirudyoga Bruthi”, an unemployment allowance scheme to provide Rs 1000/- per month unemployed youth in state. It was announced on (Friday) 3rd August 2018 by Andhra Pradesh IT Minister Nara Lokesh who is also son of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu.

This is Good news for all those AP Unemployed Youth and they are suggested to Online Registration for AP Nirudyoga Bruthi 2018. AP Nirudyoga Bruthi Scheme will start from 12th August 2018 and the online application form available at “www.ap.gov.in”. ABOUT MUKHYAMANTRI YUVANESTHAM (చంద్రన్న నిరుద్యోగభ్రుతి)

The Government of Andhra Pradesh has come up with an Innovative Scheme of MUKHYAMANTRI YUVANESTHAM which will benefit around 12 LAKH Unemployed Youth based on the eligibility criteria in Andhra Pradesh. Youths will get this monthly allowance to pursue skill development courses and reduce the burden on the family of unemployed youths.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • Applicants must be unemployed and should be native of Andhra Pradesh.
  • Minimum educational qualification should be Graduation or any Diploma of two years and above duration.
  • Should be in the age group of 22-35 years.
  • Caste and Community preference will be given as per norms.
  • Should belong to a family below poverty line. All the eligible beneficiaries from the family shall be considered.
  • Movable / Immovable properties: Having 4 wheelers are ineligible. Having wet land of 2.5 acres and dry land of 5.00 acres maximum are eligible. In respect of Anantapuramu district the limit is maximum wet land will be 5.00 acres and dry land will be 10.00 acres.
  • Those who have availed financial assistance / loan under any state government sponsored self-employment scheme of above Rs. 50,000/- subsidy are not eligible.
  • Those who are working pursing formal education are not eligible.
  • Those who are working in public / private sector / quasi-government or those self-employed are not eligible for the assistance.
  • Applicant should not be an employee dismissed from Central / State government service. The applicant should not have been convicted of any criminal offence.

Documents required to register for “Mukhyamantri Yuvanestham / Unemployment Allowance scheme 2018” are Aadhaar, Ration card, SSC, Graduation certificates.

Why the qualification is fixed as Graduation/ Diploma in Polytechnic? Those who have Inter/ITI were not taken into consideration?
It is felt that there must be no negative signals conveyed through this scheme to discourage pursuit of higher learning and there should be a cooling period of 1-2 years after completion graduation. Hence, age has been considered from 22nd years upwards.


Whether only one candidate is eligible from one family?
All the candidates who are eligible from one family will be considered and given the assistance.


Whether the candidate is eligible if his parents/family members are getting social pension?
Though the parents/family member are getting social pensions, the eligible unemployed youth will be considered for assistance.


what is criteria for deciding the family annual income?

All the candidates have to enroll their names in the app/web portal being prepared exclusively for the purpose. 15 to 21 days of time will be given for enrolment.


Are those pursing formal education eligible or not?
No


Is there any preference for differently-AIM for persons In the scheme?
Those who are getting pension under Physically Handicapped quota are not eligible.


Is there any preference for SC/ST?
Yes, they will be given preference as per usual norms


Are the youth who have availed loans under self-employment programmes of different corporations are eligible?
Those who have availed financial assistance/loan under any state/central government sponsored self-employment scheme above Rs.50,000/- subsidy are not eligible.


What are certificates required while enrolment under the scheme?
The information submitted by the individual will be verified through the data base available under Praja Sadhikara Survey


Whether the youth who are working on outsourcing/contract basis/private establishments are eligible?
Not eligible. To be specific the details of employees who are enrolled under EPF will be integrated with the data base and if they are found to be working on outsourcing/contract basis/private establishments will be rejected.


Whether the candidate dismissed from government service is eligible?
Not eligible


Whether the candidate convicted of any criminal offence is eligible?
No; He/She should not have been convicted of any criminal offence.


Whether the unemployed youth of other states can be considered?
No, the candidate should be native of Andhra Pradesh.


Whether the candidates obtained degrees from the universities of other states are considered?
Yes, subject to verification of genuineness of their certificates from the universities concerned.


Whether undergoing training/skill upgradation is compulsory?
Candidates will be given an opportunity to undergo skill training in different trades.


Whether allowance is given along with apprenticeship/internship?
Yes; allowance along with the amount for apprenticeship/internship will be given as norms.


What is the mode of payment?
The allowance will be credited to the bank account of the candidate through ECS mode.

Eligibility for Mukhyamantri Yuva Nestam Scheme 2018

Aspirants who completed Degree, Polytechnic can apply for this NTR Nirudyoga Bruthi Scheme Registration 2018.

Age Limit : Applicant age should be between 22 years to 35 years

Note: Candidates who are working for Private and Government Companies and getting provident fund every month are not eligible to apply for AP Chief Minister Nirudyoga Scheme 2018.

As per the Govt Info the Candidates who have taken more than 50,000/- Subsidiary from the government under various schemes are not eligible to apply.

Benefits:
The scheme aims to provide Rs 1000 per month for 12 Lakhs unemployed youth in the state.

Note : The allowance will directly credited in bank accounts of selected beneficiary through biometric authentication in transparent manner

Important notes

After completion of State Cabinet meeting AP IT Minister Nara Lokesh clarifies regarding AP Unemployment Allowance Scheme 2018 at Press conference.

AP Unemployment Allowance have been named as “Mukhyamantri Yuva Nestam”

The amount of Rs1000/- Per month will be credit to candidate bank account by following procedure of Biometric authentication in transparent manner

The last date for application submission would be 15 days after launches the online registration form.

After completion of online application form submission then the scheme will applicable within 15 days.

The scheme will benefit 12 lakh youth in the 22- 35 years age group from state.

Registration for enrolling into scheme will start from either third or fourth week of August 2018.

The website for the same will be launched in which the unemployed youth would register their details Simultaneously, State Government impart skill development and train youth in fields of their interests.

It is also planning to roll out apprenticeship programme by integrating state and central schemes through which the youth can get on-job training and upgrade their skills.
