Date of availability of admit card: 21st January 2016
Date of NIFT Entrance Test: 14th February, 2016
Date of Situation Test / Group Discussion / Interview: April – May 2016
Declaration of Final Result (Through Online only): End of May / June 2016
Counselling commencement from: June 2016 onwards
Important Notes :
- NIFT Going to conduct the admission test in 32 cities throughout India, (the cities name read below)
- NIFT Entrance test is Paper Based Test (PBT) for all UG and PG Programmes
- NIFT UG & PG Entrance test February 2016 Admit card available Online only
- GENERAL ABILITY TEST (GAT) / Entrance test conduct for Bachelor of Design (B.Des.) and Master of Design (M.Des.) admissions
- The entrance test questions paper subjects are Quantitative Ability, Communication Ability, English Comprehension, Analytical Ability, General Knowledge and Current Affairs
- There is no negative marking in entrance examination
- Written test qualified candidates have to face the “Situation Test (ST)/ Group Discussion (GD)/ Personal Interview (PI)”
- The selections will be made based on performance in Personal Interview / Group Discussion
