KUPGCET 2019 Certificate Verification & Web Option Schedule (Phase-1, 2)

Directorate of Admissions, Kakatiya University, Warangal, Telangana, was successfully conducted the Kakatiya University Post Graduation Common Entrance Test (KUPGCET) from (Friday) 9th June 2017 to (Friday) 16th June 2017 for the applicants. As well as Kakatiya University published KUPGCET MARKS CARD 2017 for the eligible candidates in CET. All the eligible candidates in KUPGCET 2017 will be called for Counselling Certificate Verification process sort on high merit wise.

Kakatiya University recently issued the KUPGCET-2017 First Phase certificate verification and web option schedule notification. According to the official notification Kakatiya University conducting the Certificate Verification process from 28th July 2017 to 7th August 2017 and the Online WEB OPTION selections available from 1st August 2017 to 10th August 2017.

KUPGCET – Non Entrance Test Course Details

There will be no Entrance Test for the courses of M.A (Sanskrit, Hindi, and Urdu), M.Sc. (Food Science & Technology) and M. Sc (Nano Science and Nano technology, MIT but the candidates seeking admission into these courses have to submit the application in response to this notification. The admissions shall be made based on merit in the qualifying examination.

Non – Entrance Test PG Courses Admission

Special Categories: Special category NCC, NSS,CAP,SPORTS & PHC certificate verification will be held in next phase of certificate verification; hence, the candidates concerned are requested to submit all copies of relevant certificates at the office on the day of certificate verification.

Note: The certificate verification of Non Entrance subjects of M.A.(Urdu), M.A.(Hindi),M.A.(Sanskrit), Food Science & Technology, Nano-Technology and MIT will be held from 11th to 12th August 2017

WB JELET 2017 Counselling Dates & Admission process

For admission into the Second Year (3rd Semester) of Engineering / Pharmacy Degree courses in West Bengal Institutions / Colleges, it is essential for the candidates to have appeared in the State Common Entrance Examination i.e. JELET-2017 and to secure a rank and it has been decided by the State Government in the Higher Education Department to continue the admission process on the basis of the norms of the AICTE and other regulatory authorities.

Previous year (In 2016 year) WB Board was successfully conducted the JELET 2016 Counselling from 29th August 2016 to 2nd September 2016 at GITAJALI STADIUM, Rajdanga, Kasba ( near E.M. Bypass) Kolkata-700 107. This academic year (2017 year) JELET 2017 Counselling Schedule will be declared by WB Board after announcement Rank cards.

WBJEEB – JELET 2017 Counselling Fee and e-Challan

The candidates who are going to appear for JELET 2017 counselling, you should need to pay the Counselling fee of Rs. 510/- by either to any branch of Allahabad Bank during banking hours. WBJEEB JELET 2017 Admissions Procedure | Counselling Process

West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board will conduct the centralized counselling for filling up of Second Year (3rd Semester) of Engineering / Pharmacy course through JELET Entrance test 2017 Merit. The eligible candidates in JELET 2017 will be called for Counselling. Counselling as per the declared schedule shall continue till availability of seats. Candidates belonging to States other than West Bengal shall not be considered for admission to Govt. Engineering & Technology Colleges.

Any candidate appearing at the counseling with counterfeit documents/testimonials will be immediately handed over to the police

Eligibility criteria for PWD Candidates

The PWD candidates claiming seats under reserved category are required to satisfy the undernoted criteria

For PWD (loco motor disorder, visual impairment, speech and hearing impairment) category candidates a minimum of 40% disability is required subject to the condition that the candidate is capable of carrying out all activities related to theory and practical works as applicable to BE / B.Tech / B.Pharm courses without any special concession and exemption.

RUPGCET 2017 Admission ProcedureRUPGCET 2017 PG Courses Admission Process

Rayalaseema University providing the two years (four semesters) Post-Graduation (Regular) courses admissions through RUPGCET under the University campus and their affiliated colleges. Also there will available Payment (P) seats without RUPGCET candidates. The admission procedure full details as mentioned below.

The candidates who qualified in RUPGCET 2017, they will be called for admission counselling merit wise. The Post-Graduation Courses admission will be based on RUPGCET-2017 Rank, subject to the candidate fulfilling the other eligibility criteria. Those candidates who called for the verification of certificates, then you should bring your original certificates along with TWO sets of Photostat copies and TWO passport size photographs as per the schedule. You can read below the documents which are required to submit at the time of certificate verification. At the time of counseling, the following original documents should be submitted by the candidate.

Marks Statements and Provisional/Degree Certificate of the qualifying examination
Transfer Certificate (TC) and Conduct Certificate(s)
SSC and Intermediate Pass Certificates
Two passport-size photographs
Study Certificates from IX class to the qualifying examination
Caste certificate in original from Tahshildar in case of SC/ST/BC candidates (Integrated Caste Certificate or Temporary Caste Certificate taken in 2017)
Two Income Certificates from Tahshildar obtained in 2017
Relevant certificate in case of other reservations (PH / NCC / NSS / Games & Sports / NI)
Discharge Certificate and Service Certificate of the parent in case of children of Armed Services Personnel

If a candidate fails to produce any of the following certificates, he/she will not be considered for admission.

RUPGCET 2017 First Phase Counselling

The Candidates, who are not satisfied with the first phase of allotment and wish to appear for the 2nd phase, need not pay the course fee and report to the allotted college. They can appear for the 2nd phase of verification. In such cases, the allotment of 1st phase stands cancelled and the allotment in second phase is subject to availability of seats, merit and rule of reservation

RUPGCET 2017 Cancellation of Seat & Fee Payment Refund Policy

However, after the first phase of allotment, any candidate who wants to opt for cancellation of admission is allowed to do so at the Convener office with a cancellation fee of 10% of the regular or self- financing fee paid or Rs.500/- whichever is higher until the commencement of the second phase of verification and without refund of fee from the date of commencement of the 2nd phase of verification.

For cancellation of admission after the closing of admissions, the candidate has to pay the total fee for the entire course period without any concession and has to take the original certificates.

Rayalaseema University PG Admissions – Payment Seats

In most of the Regular (R) courses, additional seats are provided as payment seats. The candidates selected for admission under this category have to pay the prescribed fee at the time of admission, in addition to the Special Fee for the respective courses.

Rayalaseema University PG Admissions 2017 – NRI Seats

In some of the courses, additional seats are provided as NRI seats. The candidates selected for admission under this category have to pay the NRI fee at the time of admission, in addition to the Special Fee payable.

Note : Admissions for Payment and NRI seats will be done simultaneously along with the Regular and Self-Financing seats.

The special category admissions (i.e. PH / NCC / NSS / CAP and Sports) will be conducted through offline mode.
The PG course admissions purely based on merit in qualifying examination and rank obtained in SVUCET
The candidates who called for admission counselling you have to attend the Certificate Verification at the DOA, at their own expenses with the required documents and fees.
Candidates can check the relevant documents whi are are required to submit at the time of PG admission counselling.

At the time of Certificate Verification at Directorate of Admissions, S.V.University, Tirupati, the following original documents should be submitted by the candidate

SVUCET-2017 Rank card and Hall Ticket.
Marks statements and Provisional / Degree Certificate of the qualifying examination
Transfer and Conduct certificates (Admission will not be given if T.C. from the institution where the candidate studied last is not submitted) **
