Uttar Pradesh Combined Admission Test (UPCAT) 2016 for Bachelors of Dental Surgery (BDS) Admissions application form available at participating colleges from 1st February 2016. The eligible and interested candidates may apply for UPCAT BDS Admission Test 2016 by sending the duly filled application forms to given address on or before last date 30th April 2016.

UPCAT BDS 2016 Application Procedure & Eligibility
The students who qualified Higher Secondary (10 + 2) with required pass percentage in related subjects, are eligible for apply UPCAT BDS Admissions 2016. The eligible and interested candidates have to buy the application form and prospects at from all participating Dental colleges of U.P. against payment of Rs. 1,500/-.
Candidates have to send the duly filled application form along with required documents to the given address must reach on or before last date i.e. 30th April 2016.
